My work comes from a space between communication and silence.
... or perhaps between gesture and word...
... or perhaps between “myself” and the “other”....
The driving element of the journey I take within this space to produce my artwork is the human figure — in it, everyone can find the visual element with the greatest symbolic, narrative and relational potential known to the human eye.

It is not by chance that we look for human shapes in the clouds, in the grooves of the wood, in the designs of the stones,... there is a latent need in human beings to find their peers, to map spaces in search of bodies; it is also not by chance that we tend to attribute meaning to the presence of a figure: what action does it take? To what end? To what extent does this action concern me?; and it is also not by chance that our relational memory comes into play every time we see a face: how can I place myself in the face of this presence? What is it trying to tell me? All this is absolutely important as a
starting point, and yet equally useless: in this production space, all acquired ideas are called into question.

Through visual essays, I encapsulate moments in which I propose different exercises to the observer, starting from concrete observations, from concrete figures, to the gradual subjectivization of the artwork.

In the end, all that it is, is an invitation to this amorphous, indefinable space, where ideas migrate from observer to observer. Everything (or almost everything) is valid in this nobody's space.
